Refund policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Woogle Event Management, every celebration is thoughtfully planned and curated with dedicated resources, creative design, vendor coordination, and production timelines. To ensure smooth execution and commitment from all parties, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings and event services.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment and written confirmation from the client.
2. Cancellation by Client
In the event of cancellation by the client, the following terms shall apply:

More than 45 days before the event date
Advance amount is non-refundable; however, adjustments against a future booking may be considered at management discretion. -
30 to 45 days before the event date
50% of the total confirmed quotation will be chargeable. -
15 to 30 days before the event date
75% of the total confirmed quotation will be chargeable. -
Less than 15 days before the event date
100% of the confirmed event value will be chargeable.
3. Non-Refundable Components
Amounts already paid towards:
- custom fabrication
- personalized printing
- imported materials
- artist/vendor blocking
- venue advances
- special procurements
shall be strictly non-refundable.
4. Date Postponement
Requests for postponement or rescheduling are subject to:
- vendor availability
- venue availability
- revised costing if applicable
Any advances already paid may be adjusted toward the rescheduled event where feasible.
5. Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
In situations beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or force majeure events, Woogle Event Management will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event. Refunds in such cases shall depend on commitments already made to third-party vendors and suppliers.
6. Refund Timeline
Any approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
7. Vendor & Third-Party Services
Entertainment artists, specialty vendors, venues, caterers, and outsourced services may carry independent cancellation terms, which shall additionally apply wherever relevant.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming the booking and making payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the above cancellation terms and conditions.
